At Chalk Line Apparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your apparel in its original packaging if possible, ensuring all original tags are still attached to the garments.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
